Artist Biography

Angélique Hudec Chabou is a contemporary painter and photographer who based in Tokyo, Japan. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, her paintings draw inspiration from life experiences. She has said that she often struggles to come to terms with her existence, and often uses art to confront her own struggles and trauma and create something beautiful.
